Genuine Cupcakes has set some terms and conditions so our customers are fully aware of products offered on this website and how our business operates.

Online Ordering

Orders placed online are pre-paid only unless otherwise stated.  Payments are made through PayPal's Secure servers and are encrypted using a 128 bit SSL to protect your information. We accept Major Credit Cards, PayPal accounts and e-checks (5 days to clear).  All online orders are NON-Refundable as we begin processing your order the moment it is received.  If you place an order and decide to make changes to it, contact us immediately.

Delivery

Orders for delivery require 48 hours notice and can be delivered between the regular business hours of 8am to 8pm.
